Hi, I'm Shelli
I've built successful businesses, sold businesses, grown a boutique to millions in sales, and generated millions in sales online.
And I still lose my keys. I still walk into a room and forget why I went in there. I still have mornings when my brain refuses to report for duty until the coffee kicks in. And I have bought enough planners, notebooks, sticky notes, pretty pens, productivity systems, and “this one will finally change my life” organizational tools to stock a small office supply store.
I love the idea of being ridiculously organized. The problem? Most systems eventually become one more thing I have to keep up with.
Too many pages. Too many categories. Too many steps. Too much planning the planning instead of actually doing the work.
And here's something else I've learned after years of owning businesses: Big sales numbers do not mean everything behind the scenes is perfect.
Business can be exciting, profitable, exhausting, expensive, messy, and humbling, sometimes all in the same week. I've made great decisions, and I've made expensive ones. I've learned lessons the easy way and plenty of them the hard way.
That's part of why I created The Weekly Game Plan for my Profit Takes Practice Members.
